AUTO HAULING DISPATCHING IS PREFERRED

                                  Job Duties:

• Use Load boards to find Loads for drivers.

• Ensure drivers are meeting their deadlines for picking up and dropping off vehicles.

• Use trucking software to enter data regarding loads.

• Send BOL's and route map to drivers via email.

• Resolve issues that arise with drivers or Brokers.

• Schedule pick up/drop off times and appointments

• Confirm pickup and delivery information.

• Obtain additional detail from pickup and delivery locations.

                               Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Able to read maps to do route planning for truck loads and hotel destinations.

• Able to negotiate good rates with broker's and customers.

• Ability to work independently and be a highly motivated self starter.

• Must be able to Multi task and be organized at all times

• Data entry skills and knowledge of working a computer, printer, and scanner is a must.

• Ability to make quick and smart decisions professionally.

• High attention to detail with good time management skills.

• Knowledge of Transportation and Logistics, is preferred.

• Knowledge of DOT regulations, is preferred.

• 2 year's of dispatching for trucks is Required!

• This is a remote Full-time position. Great Internet and phone service is required.
